 Lori graduated from Seacoast Career School, in Manchester, New Hampshire, in 2013. She received her certificate as a 

Usui Reiki Master, in 2015, from Laurra Sheldon. Lori specializes in Swedish, prenatal, deep tissue, hot stone, reflexology,

and Reiki. She combines different modalities to truly give a customized treatment that will produce the best results for each client.

 Swedish and prenatal massage both use light to moderate pressure for relaxation, stress, fatigue, and improved circulation. A pregnancy bolster can be used​ so you can safely and comfortably lay face down.

 Deep tissue and trigger point are both used to release tension and knots deep in the muscles and connective tissues.

 Hot stones are warmed and used for a relaxing massage experience. Both will provide relief from stress and fatigue.
